These in-person sessions create a safe, grounded space for your nervous system to step out of survival mode.

 

Through gentle touch and dedicated somatic techniques, we release deep-seated physical tension, quiet a racing mind, and allow your system to remember what true stillness feels like.

Sensory Reset

Relaxation Touch Therapy

This is more than rest - it is a return to stillness.

​

Built explicitly for highly sensitive, fast, or overwhelmed systems, this session uses gentle hair brushing, slow scalp work, and soft body contact to talk directly to a nervous system running on empty.

​

Here, you do not have to perform, explain anything, or hold yourself together.

 

You simply lie down, let go, and allow your body to drop its protective armour in a space completely free of judgment.

​

This lives in your system as:

  • Deep grounding for highly sensitive or neurodivergent minds facing cognitive overload.

  • A complete sensory break when your surroundings feel entirely too loud for words.

  • Somatic support that processes your stress patterns through the body, not around it.

Access Bars®

The mental exhale your system has been craving

When your mind has been running on overdrive for so long that "rest" doesn't actually feel restful anymore, Access Bars® offers a different kind of reset: quiet, spacious, and unexpectedly relieving.

This gentle, non-invasive technique involves lightly touching 32 specific points on the head, each linked to an area of life such as thoughts, dreams, communication, creativity, and more.

​

When activated, these points help release the mental pressure, emotional static, and built-up charge your system has been carrying.

 

There is nothing to fix and nothing to analyse.

​

You lie back, fully clothed, while your brainwaves naturally slow, your nervous system softens, and your inner world becomes a little less noisy. Many people describe the experience as similar to a deep meditation, but without any of the effort required.

Bowen Technique®

Gentle Therapy for Pain Relief, Relaxation & Nervous System Rebalancing

When your body has been holding tension for too long - whether from physical strain, emotional stress, or the constant pressure of “keeping it together” - it stops responding to ordinary rest. Everything feels tight, wired, or just off.

Bowen Technique offers a different route in.

​

Developed in Australia, Bowen is a gentle manual therapy that uses light, precise rolling movements over muscles, fascia, and connective tissue.

​

Each series of moves is followed by a pause, a deliberate stillness that gives your nervous system time to process the information and recalibrate.


Bowen doesn’t push, pull, crack, stretch, or force.
It works with the body, not on it.

​

Because it communicates through the nervous system rather than mechanical pressure, the work continues after the session, often for days, as the body integrates the “reset signals” and returns itself to a more balanced state.
