These Terms & Conditions ("Our Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Cristina Varga t/a CmV Synergy (“CmV Synergy,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

By accessing www.cmvsynergy.com (“Our Site”) or using our online coaching, courses, and services, you confirm that you accept Our Terms and agree to abide by them. If you do not agree, please do not use Our Site or Services.

2. Use of Our Services

All services provided by CmV Synergy are delivered exclusively online via platforms such as Zoom or other digital communication tools.

2.1 Eligible Use

  • You confirm that you are at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding agreement.

3. Personal Data & Privacy

We process personal data in accordance with UK GDPR and our Privacy Policy.

4. Booking & Payment

4.1 Payment Terms

  • All one-to-one coaching, online courses, and workshops must be paid in full at the time of booking.

  • Payments are securely processed via major credit/debit cards and PayPal through a third-party payment gateway.

4.2 Deposits & Refunds

  • For one-to-one coaching programs, deposits (if applicable) are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.

  • If you cancel a session, see our Cancellation Policy below.

5. Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

5.1 Coaching & Consultation Sessions

  • Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 48 hours before the scheduled session.

  • Cancellations made within 48 hours will be charged 50% of the session fee.

  • No-shows or same-day cancellations are non-refundable.

5.2 Online Courses & Digital Products

  • Due to the nature of digital content, we do not offer refunds once access has been granted.

  • If you experience technical issues, contact us at cmvsynergy@gmail.com for assistance.

5.3 CmV Synergy’s Right to Cancel

  • We reserve the right to reschedule or cancel online sessions/workshops in the event of unforeseen circumstances (e.g., illness, emergency, technical issues).

  • In such cases, we will offer alternative dates or a full refund.

6. Code of Conduct & Appropriate Behavior

We are committed to providing a safe and respectful online environment for all clients.

6.1 Inappropriate Behavior

CmV Synergy reserves the right to terminate an online session immediately if a client:

  • Displays disruptive, inappropriate, or abusive behavior toward the facilitator or other participants.

  • Engages in harassment, discrimination, or any illegal activity.

  • Joins the session while intoxicated or under the influence of drugs.

 

In such cases, no refund will be issued, and we may refuse future bookings.

7. Intellectual Property Rights

  • All content, course materials, recordings of live sessions, and digital resources remain the property of CmV Synergy.

  • You may not record, reproduce, or distribute session materials without our express written consent.

  • Any unauthorized use of our content may result in legal action.

8. Liability & Disclaimer

  • Our services provide personal development tools and techniques; however, results vary for each individual.

  • CmV Synergy does not guarantee specific outcomes and is not liable for any personal, emotional, or financial outcomes resulting from our services.

  • We do not offer medical, psychological, or financial advice. Our services are for educational and personal development purposes only.

9. Feedback & Testimonials

  • Clients may voluntarily submit feedback, testimonials, or success stories.

  • By submitting a testimonial, you grant us permission to use your feedback for marketing and promotional purposes (anonymously if requested).

10. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

  • These Terms & Conditions are governed by English and Welsh law.

  • Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
