Sensory Reset: Relaxation Touch Therapy

Service Description

This session is perfect for those who are touch-starved, emotionally exhausted, or simply need a safe container to rest, reset, and reconnect with themselves. This session is available for adult men and women who: - Feel emotionally overloaded, burnt out, or disconnected from their body - Are neurodivergent, highly sensitive, or mentally overstimulated - Crave gentle, non-verbal grounding in a safe, professional space - Don’t want to talk - just rest and feel held for a moment - Want to support their healing, alignment, or energy work journey somatically Session Format - Client position: Face-up or Face-down on a therapy table (massage-style), fully supported - Clothing: Fully clothed by default, with the option to remove shirt for back access (torso only). Touch may also be applied over clothing or a blanket - your choice. Every session includes: - Gentle hair brushing using different combs (client chooses preference) and hairplay - Light scalp massage - rhythmic and relaxing, not therapeutic - Very light, non-invasive massage (no deep pressure or clinical manipulation) across scalp, neck, shoulders, arms, upper back. - Soft touch - slow, comforting, and sensory - Optional skin-to-skin oil application for clients who choose to remove their shirt (torso only) Aromatherapy Clients choose from a curated selection of therapeutic-grade essential oils Oils can be: - Diffused in the space during your session - Optionally applied (diluted) to forehead or wrists for emotional anchoring All oils are safe, pre-diluted if applied to skin, and selected with grounding, calming, or uplifting intentions. Boundaries & Safety - This is a strictly therapeutic, non-sensual space. - All clients must agree to and respect the following policies: - This is not a massage, not a sensual or erotic service - Touch is limited to the back of the body only, with client face-down at all times. - No front-facing touch, no glutes, no legs, no chest. - All touch is performed over clothing or a blanket unless shirt removal is requested. - Inappropriate requests, remarks, or behaviour will result in immediate termination of the session and refusal of future services. - This is a trauma-informed, consent-first environment - you may pause or end the session at any time.
